Il Senato,

impegna il Governo ad adottare i provvedimenti necessari per consentire al personale docente che abbia superato il corso-concorso riservato per posti di dirigente scolastico indetto con DDG MIUR del 17 dicembre 2002, pubblicato nella Gazzetta Ufficiale, 4aserie speciale, n. 100 del 20 dicembre 2002 e il corso-concorso ordinario e riservato per posti di dirigente scolastico banditi successivamente di essere nominato in ruolo anche per settori diversi da quelli per i quali abbia partecipato, sia nell'ambito della stessa regione, sia nell'ambito di regioni diverse;

impegna altresì il Governo a trasformare le graduatorie dei corsi-concorsi suddetti in graduatorie ad esaurimento.
