Pubblicato in Gazzetta Ufficiale il nuovo CCNL sottoscritto definitivamente lo scorso 29 novembre

Il Contratto Collettivo Nazionale di Lavoro relativo al personale del Comparto Scuola per il quadriennio normativo 2006-2009 e biennio economico 2006-2007 è pubblicato nella Gazzetta Ufficiale n. 292 del 17.12.2007 (Supplemento Ordinario n. 274)

Ricordiamo che il contratto è pienamente operante fin dal momento della firma delle parti e cioè dal 29 novembre.

Non è infatti una legge la cui entrata in vigore è fissata al quindicesimo giorno successivo alla sua pubblicazione, salvo che la legge stessa stabilisca un termine diverso.
