Finanziamenti contrattuali alle istituzioni scolastiche. Accordo al MIUR

Nella serata di martedì scorso, 18 maggio, è stata siglata - tra Organizzazioni Sindacali e MIUR - l'"Intesa" sulla ripartizione delle risorse contrattuali relative alle "funzioni strumentali", agli "incarichi specifici del personale ATA", alle "ore aggiuntive per le attività complementari di educazione fisica", alle "ore eccedenti per la sostituzione dei colleghi assenti" e ad alcuni "compensi vari" ("indennità di sostituzione del DSGA", "lavoro notturno", "lavoro festivo", "indennità di bilinguismo") che, in particolare, hanno finora gravato sul Fondo d'Istituto di alcune scuole.
