Decreto "salva-precari", a.s. 2010/11: emanati ulteriori chiarimenti ministeriali

Il MIUR, attraverso la nota 8709 del 28.9.2010, chiarisce che l'art. 2, punto 1, del decreto 68/10 - nel disporre l'esclusione dagli elenchi prioritari di coloro che nell'a.s. 2010/11 rinuncino ad una supplenza conferita per orario intero in base alla graduatoria ad esaurimento della provincia di appartenenza o dalle correlate graduatorie di circolo/istituto - intende, ovviamente, che la rinuncia alle supplenze attribuite riguardi i periodi almeno sino al 30 giugno.

Le rinunce effettuate dagli aspiranti per supplenze conferite dalle graduatorie d'istituto ad orario intero ma per periodi inferiori non danno luogo all'esclusione dagli elenchi prioritari.
