L'articolo 6 del nuovo Contratto CNL sottoscrito il 29 novembre, stabilisce che i contratti debbano essere sottoscritti entro il 30 novembre.

Entro i 5 giorni successivi alla firma, il contratto d'Istituto, viene inviato ai Revisori.
Trascorsi 45 giorni senza rilievi, il contratto d'Istituto viene definitivamente stipulato e produce i suoi effetti.

I Revisori effettuano il controllo esclusivamente sulla compatibilità dei costi.

I compensi per le attività svolte e previste dal contratto d'Istituto sono erogati entro il 31 agosto.
